Mr. Moore assists on the traffic ticket representations. When not assisting on the tickets, he practices in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, securities transactions and consumer bankruptcy law. He has experience representing parties involved in complex securities and contract litigation, including workout negotiations prior to trial and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Moore also has a variety of experience in assisting companies with mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing and corporate governance.
Before My Traffic Guys, Mr. Moore worked for several high volume local attorneys, diversifying his experience in criminal defense, family law, and personal injury claims. Mr. Moore spent over a year as the Senior Associate of a busy Mid Town Securities Firm. Mr. Moore’s well rounded law base makes him an excellent resource for crossover and multiple legal matters.
Mr. Moore graduated from California Western School of Law, where he interned in the Civil Litigation Department of GP Schick as well as for Barker Olmstead Barnier. In law school, Mr. Moore volunteered his time to the Elder Law and Advocacy of San Diego assisting the elderly in estate planning and litigation. Mr. Moore continues to volunteer his time by representing pro bono clients in immigration and family law hearings through the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and the ABA’s Immigration Justice Project. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern and Central Districts, and Supreme Court of California.
