(2) What Experience Does the Attorney Have?

Some attorneys will handle traffic tickets and other attorneys are traffic ticket attorneys. Hire someone who handles tickets and is in the traffic courts on a daily basis. You do not want someone unfamiliar with potential punishments representing you and making things worse than they would have been if you had not fought the ticket.
